PPT to Video Workflow

A practical production flow for moving from upload to final MP4 without wasting time.

Detailed workflow for upload, script, voice, and export

Use this workflow when you want a repeatable process instead of a one-off experiment.

Stage 1: Upload and parse

Start with the final deck structure. Parsing works best when:

  • slide titles are explicit
  • charts have visible labels
  • screenshots are not overly tiny

At this stage, your goal is clean source material.

Stage 2: Review the AI draft

Do not ask, “Is this perfect?” Ask, “Is this accurate and usable?”

The first review pass should only check:

  • factual correctness
  • missing context
  • bad chart interpretation
  • slides that need shorter explanation

Stage 3: Edit for spoken delivery

A strong script is usually shorter than the team expects.

Good spoken delivery means:

  • short opening sentence
  • one main claim per slide
  • transitions when the topic changes
  • a clear closing line

Stage 4: Match the voice to the use case

Choose voice based on audience:

  • customers: clear and confident
  • trainees: calm and steady
  • students: slightly slower, more explicit
  • executives: concise and low-friction

Stage 5: Export and inspect

Before sending the MP4 out, check:

  • awkward pauses
  • abrupt transitions
  • overly long slides
  • final CTA quality

If something feels off, fix the script first, not the voice first.
